單(dan)機(ji)(ji)袋(dai)(dai)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(Unl-Filter)系引進美國富東(Fuller)公司,具有(you)現(xian)代技(ji)術水平的小型(xing)(xing)袋(dai)(dai)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),這種(zhong)小型(xing)(xing)單(dan)機(ji)(ji)袋(dai)(dai)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)與國內其它單(dan)機(ji)(ji)相比,經濟實用(yong)(yong)、結(jie)構簡單(dan)緊湊、安裝容易、維護方便(bian)(內濾式),主要用(yong)(yong)于(yu)各種(zhong)庫頂、庫底、倉頂、及(ji)各種(zhong)輸送設(she)備(bei)等排(pai)放和揚塵(chen)(chen)(chen)點的收塵(chen)(chen)(chen),在多機(ji)(ji)組(zu)合時,又可用(yong)(yong)于(yu)小型(xing)(xing)磨機(ji)(ji)、破碎機(ji)(ji)等連續工(gong)作線上(shang)作為(wei)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)設(she)備(bei)。該機(ji)(ji)組(zu)采用(yong)(yong)滌綸紡織(zhi)布制(zhi)組(zu)合袋(dai)(dai)(PolyeSter wouen),入口(kou)溫度(du)<120℃,在入口(kou)濃度(du)100g/Nm3,出口(kou)排(pai)放濃度(du)<100mg/ηm3如(ru)有(you)特(te)殊用(yong)(yong)途的地方,也可提供(gong)不銹鋼制(zhi)或鋁制(zhi)結(jie)構,耐腐蝕(shi)耐溫濾料單(dan)機(ji)(ji)袋(dai)(dai)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)。
工作原理 :
含塵氣(qi)體由進(jin)氣(qi)口進(jin)入灰斗或儲灰箱,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)花板孔或直(zhi)接通(tong)(tong)過(guo)花板孔三種方(fang)式進(jin)入濾(lv)(lv)袋。如圖2a b、c,所示,含塵氣(qi)體透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)袋變為凈氣(qi)、進(jin)入箱體,再經箱體上(shang)部排(pai)氣(qi)口由風(feng)機排(pai)出(chu),粉塵積附(fu)在濾(lv)(lv)袋的內表面,且(qie)不斷增加,使(shi)(shi)袋收(shou)塵器(qi)的阻(zu)(zu)力不斷上(shang)升,當阻(zu)(zu)力上(shang)升到1500~2000Pa時,為了使(shi)(shi)袋收(shou)塵器(qi)繼續工作,需定期清除濾(lv)(lv)袋上(shang)的粉塵。具(ju)體清灰時,首先關(guan)閉頂上(shang)風(feng)機,搖動(dong)(dong)電(dian)機上(shang)偏心作用(yong),帶動(dong)(dong)連桿(gan),使(shi)(shi)搖動(dong)(dong)軸左右來回轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong),濾(lv)(lv)袋就呈波紋狀態,粉塵便掉下。
待(dai)清灰完(wan)成即停止搖動后,重新(xin)啟(qi)動風機使袋(dai)(dai)(dai)收塵(chen)器重新(xin)開始(shi)工作,上述動作是通過控(kong)制儀(yi)來(lai)自(zi)動控(kong)制完(wan)成的。在運行中,如發現(xian)排氣(qi)口有(you)(you)大(da)量粉塵(chen)溢出,即可(ke)(ke)能有(you)(you)破袋(dai)(dai)(dai),需及(ji)時更換。由于箱體內是透(tou)過濾袋(dai)(dai)(dai)的干凈氣(qi)體,人們(men)檢查換袋(dai)(dai)(dai)時可(ke)(ke)打開檢修門(men),直(zhi)接(jie)進入室(shi)內。
